A compact cosy annex in the heart of Cornwall, Bodmin, with everything you'll need for a comfortable and relaxing self-catering holiday. The property is the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful North Cornwall coast and beyond. Situated on a quiet street close to the Camel Trail, Cardinham Woods, Lanhydrock and Respryn. An ideal location for a cycling or dog friendly holiday. Ideal for couples with free wifi and off-road parking and private secure outside space.

The space
Our cosy annexe consists of a compact kitchen with sink, single oven, single portable induction hob, washing machine and fridge. Ensuite consists of walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit and bedroom consists of double bed, bedside tables and table with 2 chairs. There is outside seating available.

Ideal as a base for exploring a Cornwall but limited on space for spending too much time inside.

Back garden is secure with high fence, perfect to stop animals & children escaping.

Guest access
Guests have access to the driveway, side alley entrance to the annexe which has bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. They can also have access to the back garden with garden chairs and hose pipe if needed.

Other things to note
We are pet friendly. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can arrange extra cleaning. There is a small pet cleaning charge which is automatically added to your booking.

We offer free off road parking for 1 car.

Most useless skill: a dab hand at DIY
We host our self-contained annexe to short term visitors, we are very respectful of your privacy and hope you enjoy your stay with us. We both work full time so are coming and going at most times of the day. You may see our pets in our porch window on your welcome, Mishka and Dusty love to say hello :)
