The space
Can you imagine being steps away from the bay and yet a less than 10 minute walk over to the ocean? In the evening you can sit out on the deck or the pier and watch beautiful sunsets. In the morning you can walk over to the ocean and watch beautiful sunrises! Our one bedroom RV is a perfect place especially for couples who love nature. Rent either our paddle board and or our tandem kayak and paddle off into the sunset right off of our pier. We also offer a tandem bike for rent to ride around the resort we are located in. Or, you can ride over to the beach and visit the Little Island Pier. Enjoy the Best of Both by renting either our paddle board, tandem kayak, tandem bike for $100. (Each) per stay or all three for $200. per stay. We have the best of both....the great Atlantic Ocean and the Back Bay!

Location location location.....all on the water! If you love to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets over amazing bodies of water then this is the place for you. To know more this location Google "Back Bay Virginia." We are located right on the Back Bay. You can walk to the ocean in five minutes. Or you can drive or ride a bike a mile down the road to Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. We offer a tandem kayak, tandem bike and a paddle board for rent.
Rent all three for $200. per stay or rent each one individually for $100. per stay. Sandbridge is mostly a cottage community with just one market and a few restaurants. There are rental shops in the area with boat, jet ski....all kinds of rentals for the bay and ocean. You can also rent a golf cart!

We are Jon and Lesa Lewter empty nesters after raising four wonderful kids and countless numbers of dogs! When the kids were young we would take a one week vacation every summer to the Outer Banks in NC. Each year it got more and more expensive and more crowded. One day we happened to stumble across the resort we are now located in. The very day we drove up and saw this property with the beautiful Weeping Willow and Mimosa tree right on the Back Bay we knew this was the place for us! This location is ideal for couples who want to get away from it all and enjoy nature...esp. for kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, canoeing or just watching the sunsets over the water. You can rent our tandem kayak, tandem bike and or our paddle board or rent from nearby. With only one bedroom it is highly recommended for one couple only or at most a small family of four. Even with a family of four it will be crowded. We have rented this out for over a decade and have been so blessed to have repeat renters! Because we know how special it is to bring your furry friend we wanted to allow our guests to bring a dog or two. If you find out place you will truly have found the Best of Both...Bay and Ocean!
