Our bright and beautiful 2 bedroom upgrade apartment is located in the heart of Marina (Damac Heights Tower), a few minutes from Marina Mall and Pier 7, with sea view from its different windows across the apartment.

It is also just across the street from the gorgeous stretch of beach (JBR) where you can swim, tan and enjoy all kinds of restaurants and attractions. The building is perfectly located right onto the Marina for an afternoon walk, a morning run or even sunset drinks.

The space
This upgraded 2 bedroom apartment with sea views, marble flooring and modern finishing, can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment also comes with a private parking space with direct lift access to the property.

The master bedroom uses a 180x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 160x200 bed with its connected bathroom.

The living room is designed in a modern manner and has an open space with the dining room. It even has an access to the kitchen through its bar space. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with a toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.

We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, nespresso capsules, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others and satellite television throughout the TVs in the apartment.

The building amenities include a pool overlooking the whole of Dubai Marina, a fully equipped gym a private cinema (with 200AED deposit) and a hot tub bath.
