This is a unique little boat house that is just a foot off the water on lower South Long Lake it’s about 10 miles south of Brainerd it’s a very beautiful little spot I totally remodeled the tiny little boat house last fall it’s absolutely beautiful with tongue and groove and a bamboo floor the bathroom is separate it’s kind of like an out house but it has full plumbing a toilet sink and a shower Hot water the boat house does have air-conditioning and heat if needed.
