Situated on 2 acres this stunning beachfront cottage has striking views of Cedar Bay. With 3 Bedrooms boasting Lake Views and 3 Baths it comfortably sleeps 10 guests (max 8 adults per By-Law). A very spacious home with all the necessities. The large living room and two enormous screened in porches provide plenty of room. A one of a kind secluded cottage that offers the rustic feel of a cabin, but on a big scale.

The space
This spectacular cottage has striking views of the lake with many windows and an enormous screened in porch. A one of a kind cottage that offers the rustic feel of a cabin, but on a huge scale. Nestled on 2 acres the home is very private with a wooded back yard and an amazing beach. Cozy up by the gas fireplace on cool evenings and enjoy some family time. (Fireplace not available June 15 - August 31) Note this home has and attached private separate unit and a second cottage behind that is a vacation rental and will share the beach.

With three bedrooms all boasting lake views and three baths, there is plenty of space for a large family. Featuring two enclosed porches, full dining area and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. All of your modern appliances are here including microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster and coffee maker and outdoor natural gas grill. This spring will feature a new side deck with outdoor picnic table and gas firepit.

We provide all linens and towels, cookware, dinnerware and large flat screen TV.

With stairs down the the private beach this is a perfect vacation spot if you are looking to get away from it all. Only 450 meters from Humberstone Centennial Park which offers public amenities including a playground and washroom facilities. The Sugarloaf Harbour Marina is a quick 15 minute drive.

This is a great location for boating, kayaking and canoeing! There is loads of space behind the cottage to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby. Enjoy your morning coffee or play some cards on the large screened in porch with the soothing sight and sound of the waves.

Bedroom and Bath configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 1 – King bed with ensuite bath (shower) and a connected space with a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 – Queen
Bedroom 3 – 2 Twin beds
Living Room – Pullout sofa Queen size
Dining Area - Pullout sofa Queen size
Bathroom 2 - Main floor bathroom with shower
Bathroom 3 - Concrete walled basement bathroom with toilet and since and a separate concrete shower room - note this bathroom is a basement bathroom just meant for rinse off after the beach.

There is an addition on this home that is completely separate and has its own fenced outdoor space. There is a second home on the property that is a vacation rental. They may or may not be rented at the same time. All three units share the private beach space. The units all have separate outdoor areas but beach access is shared. There is plenty of parking. The is a great location for two or three families to get away. Contact me for group pricing on both cottages.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults. The City By-Law permits Maximum 8 adults on the reservation with up to two additional guests under the age of 16. Minimal rental age of primary renter is 28. Please note that there are two sets of stairs and baby gates are not provided. We do not allow pets at this home.

Please note Lake Erie can be unpredictable, the water and beach can change frequently so we cannot guarantee favorable conditions. November 1 - March 28 the stairs to the lower part of the beach are removed to prevent them from being washed away in winter storms. There is beach access a very short walk to the west of the property available year round.

Other things to note
Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include:

- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
