POLONIUM APARTMENT
One of the two apartments of our brocante. A vintage industrial style accommodation, with 2 eclectic spaces, full of recycled and handmade furniture. All pieces for sale. Large bedroom with red velvet sofa, high speed wifi and multi-platform television.
Full equipped kitchen with high table and stools.
Industrial bathroom with a huge shower.
Access to shared roof terrace.
Free parking area around the house.

The space
The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house built on 1890. It has direct access from the street with a double door and we have restored it leaving the original materials as much as we could. We have tried to create an inspiring, warm and relaxed environment, so you would feel as comfortable as we do in our own home.

Other things to note
We are here to help you with anything you could need to enjoy the island as much as possible, from recommendations of places to everything related to logistics (all we can do for you). In addition to that, we have a coworking space and a bar very close to the beach in the city called Talleres Palermo, where you will have discounts for being our guest.

In 2017, Flo and I bought this house from the late 19th century. For 3 years, we have completely rehabilitated it to live with our family and also to welcome people who want to know the island and the city. On the ground floor we have made 2 apartments with plenty of industrial and vintage pieces from our brocante.
