Downstairs has an open-plan living room dining area and sitting area with a balcony/ patio and corner sofa - with a separate kitchen with brand new Bosch fridge freezer, Small Bosch dishwasher, Bosch fan oven, gas hob and Bosch washer dryer .



River View Belmont apartment is an excellent choice for a seaside break to Cornwall.

Guests have use of a patio overlooking the estuary and boats moored . You can also have use of a back yard. But sometimes you have to share with the pigeons who like the rock face that the yard back onto

Other things to note
Parking is not available on site however the main Millpool town car park is across the river a few minute walk - there are also two other car parks within 100 meters of flat
