This charming, adorable tiny house sits on a 2 acre property behind our historic log cabin just outside of Nashville, TN.

After a full day of exploring music city, guests can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful country evening under the stars away from the city noise. Perfect for a solo artistic retreat or a great getaway with your favorite person!

Ryan and I live on site in the main cabin and are happy to help with anything you need.

The space
Our tiny house is 168 square feet of total cuteness nested in the beautiful countryside outskirts of Music City, USA.

There is a loft upstairs for sleeping with a full sized mattress that sleeps two. The daybed / sofa downstairs is also a comfy sleeping space. Extra blankets are available if you need them.

The kitchen offers mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, and convection toaster oven for cooking simple meals. We stock the fridge with basic essentials including a few breakfast items, and other surprise goodies. We also provide some spices and cooking oils for your convenience.

There is a shower and toilet. Towels and toiletries are provided, and if there's anything you forgot to pack on your trip, don't hesitate to ask!

Wifi and direct Ethernet connection is available. The TV gets basic network channels via antenna and is connected to an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming Netflix, Prime Videos, etc.

The outside space has a patio with seating that looks out onto a beautifully landscaped butterfly garden. We invite you to enjoy the hammock, charcoal grill, and the outdoor fire pit. Charcoal and lighter fluid is under the kitchen sink.

We are also pleased to offer an elevated coffee and dining experience during your stay. Our guests have the luxury of ordering three artfully prepared, home-cooked meals a day without ever having to leave the premises; perfect for being lazy after a long day of travel. Sarah is a chef (as well as a full time touring singer/songwriter), and these additional offerings are based solely around Sarah's availability to be on site. When Sarah is home, our guests have the opportunity to order custom espresso drinks, smoothies, and fresh pressed juices. Sarah also offers a full breakfast/brunch and dinner menu. If you're planning a fun-filled day of kayaking, hiking, and outdoor adventure, you can even place an order from the to-go sack lunch menu!
