Rent of lovely hot tub by the lake paid separately - 150 €/week. Includes filling up the tub and 1st heating.

The owner lives on the adjacent plot. Two small, friendly dogs may visit guests, so it is not suitable for people with allergies. /Owners live on the next property. Small & friendly dogs may visit you while you stay.
