Spend evenings roasting marshmallows around the firepit, dining outdoors, or simply unwinding to the sounds of the lake. Inside, kids will love the professional movie theater and pool table, while the fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances makes cooking easy and enjoyable. The unique kitchen table, crafted from a reclaimed covered bridge, seats six. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10, with a master bedroom featuring a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and private en-suite bath. Two guest rooms each offer queen beds with cozy bedding and TVs, while the loft-style bedroom includes three custom twin beds and two twin trundles, perfect for the kids.

PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT BOOKING RULES
These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August)
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)
SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)
OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
• MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.
• Check-In 5pm (strictly enforced May - Sept & holidays)
• Check-out 10am (always strictly enforced)
• We love to be flexible when we can - free early check-in is often available during the off-season. Just send us a message to see if it's an option for your stay.
• No smoking, vaping, or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the homes which include but are not limited to bachelor and bachelorette parties, fraternity parties, and weddings.
• Any pets (non-shedding small dogs in off-season) must be approved by the owner prior to booking and will include a pet fee.
• WiFi is not strong and is not good for games or streaming. Only for casual browsing and checking emails. Wifi service is not guaranteed.
