This fully remodeled cozy yet spacious 1036 square feet home was built in 1929. It is located in the Floral Heights Central Neighborhood. It has two large bedrooms with queen size beds, one bath with shower, an ample modern kitchen, a large backyard with mature pecan trees for shading and a cozy front porch.

The property is centrally located in the heart of Wichita Falls just 2.2 miles from MSU, 7.1 miles from Sheppard AFB, 2.6 miles from MPEC and 1.8 miles from United Regional Hospital.

The space
This cozy house is located in a family friendly street right off the Floral Heights Historic District. It has a very large master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and a second large bedroom with a queen size bed. It has a cozy living room/dining room area and an ample modern kitchen with all the basic amenities. The front porch is ideal for sitting down and having a relaxing cup of coffee. Wi-Fi is available.

The whole house and yard are available for guests to enjoy. Parking is available off street in front of the house or on the driveway on the side of the house. No car garage available.

Guest must climb two and a half steps to enter the front door and one step to enter the back door.
