Parking, self-contained, self-check. Set in the rural village of Sheriff Hutton, the accommodation is located 25 minutes north of York by car. Castle lodge is set in the grounds of the C14th castle ruins. Relax in the evening on your south facing balcony decking with a 180° view, gazing up at a starry night or across to the ruins, after visiting York, nearby Castle Howard or walking/biking in the Howardian Hills AONB. We also have 3 other lets for 2 on site, if you want to visit with friends.

The space
Your cosy dog friendly Lodge includes; King size bed, kitchen area with utensils, crockery, kettle, double electric hob and fridge/freezer. There is also a small shower room complete with porta toilet.
Sitting at the table and chairs on the south facing decking with a view of the castle, ramparts and Howardian hills in the distance, you have complete privacy. There is also a small private, secure dog friendly garden for use.
