The apartment "I Pini" is a building from the 1700s located in the centre of the town of Montespertoli, a delightful country village in the heart of Chianti. Suitable for couples or families of 4 who want to visit Florence and its surroundings such as Certaldo, San Gimignano, Vinci, Siena, Monteriggioni, Arezzo, Pisa, Livorno and all of Tuscany.
Nearby you will find all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, food, ovens, tobacconists and pharmacies.

The space
The house consists of a living room with a sofa bed, kitchenette and terrace. Upstairs you enter the sleeping area with a double bedroom equipped with a wall-mounted wardrobe with a safe, wardrobe and a paddle fan on the characteristic ceiling with exposed beams; on the same floor there is the bathroom with shower. All floors are antique terracotta.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the house and is only allowed on the balcony.
Small and medium-sized animals are allowed on request.
To access the apartment you must climb a flight of stairs. Inside there is another flight of stairs that leads to the sleeping area and bathroom.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment with the exception of the loft in the bedroom.

The pedestrian area is activated throughout the summer, from 6.30 pm every day and throughout the day on Sunday. The apartment is located in this area, but you can stop in Piazza dei Machiavelli, a few tens of meters from the house, to unload any luggage. Then you can park in the surroundings about 200 meters from the apartment.
In the apartment we provided our guests with biscuits, single-serving jams, single-serving biscuits, packaged brioches, tea, coffee and a litre of milk for breakfast on the first morning of the stay.
