A newly refurbished luxurious one-bedroom apartment perfect for 2-3 guests. The apartment is 65 sqm.

The space
Feel at home in our fully air-conditioned unit, a king-size bed with a hotel comfort set (4 pillows, a duvet set, towels), a safety deposit box, WiFi, and TVs in the living room and bedroom with a Firestick with Netflix account. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils and comes with complimentary toiletries.

A daily maid service is offered to clean the apartment for free of charge from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except holidays. Free towels and linens are also provided as part of the service, and they are brought to the guard every three days for changing.

Great gym with personal trainers located on the 11th floor. And 24/7 building security.

The pool and gym in Kandi Towers 1 and 2 are accessible from the eleventh floor and second floor.
