Renovated just for you, our Airbnb guests. This beautiful brick ranch 3 bedroom home has one and a half bathrooms. It is located 11 minutes from popular Wrightsville Beach, 9 min. from ILM (Wilmington Int. Airport). 15 minutes to historic Downtown Wilmington. Bring your boat! Plenty of room for a good sized boat on a trailer. The home is in Wilmington where I-40 comes into town. Near UNC-Wilmington.

The space
Renovated in 2020. We've gone the extra mile to provide more. We have a Keurig coffee machine with an assortment of flavors, linens on the beds, bath linens, cooking tools and utensils, pots and pans, cutting boards, strainer, knives, glass and paper plates, real and plastic flatware, disposable cups, paper towels, salt and pepper, spices, ketchup and mustard, full sized refrigerator, storage containers for leftovers, a desk/workstation, two living areas, high speed internet/wifi, alarm clock, contact lenses cases and solution, everything we could think of to help make your stay comfortable and convenient. There's a queen, two double beds and a double sleeper sofa. Pets are not allowed. Even a patio overlooking the backyard. Blinds in place on all windows.

The area is an established family neighborhood consisting of mostly brick ranch style homes. Not a good neighborhood for a party or hosting a lot of people. Definitely not a place for under age 21 partying. Near central Wilmington, it is 11 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, 5 minutes to UNC-Wilmington, 9 minutes to ILM, Wilmington International Airport, and 15 minutes or less to the beautiful and historic downtown Wilmington Riverfront. The neighborhood is near the end of I-40 where it becomes N. College Rd.. Convenient to Walmart, Target, many restaurants and minutes from everything Wilmington has to offer.
