A beautiful escape to Girdwood, AK in our ski in ski out comfy condo! Girdwood is a hub for hiking, biking, skiing, Nordic skiing and kayaking so bring your gear, enjoy the surroundings and come back to re-set in our clean, warm and thoughtful space. Timberline building is at the base of Chair 3 at Mt. Alyeska Resort. Walking distance to restaurants, Alyeska Resort and the City of Girdwood. Your next adventure is waiting! Please note we don't allow dogs.

The space
Please don't wear boots/shoes inside. We have trays to capture water/ice/snow/mud inside and outside unit. Blackout curtains in bedrooms. Ceiling fans and floor fans in unit. Pots/Pans/Coffee Maker/Blender/Toaster/Microwave available. Lockbox/designated parking is located at 2nd white garage door. Unloading up top is okay but must park in front of garage door. We share a building with many families so expect some noise from the hallways and please be mindful of quiet hours from 10 pm- 8 am. Full Laundry located inside unit. Patio available to store ski/snowboard gear. Each bed room has a queen size bed, and there's an air mattress which can be set up in the living room.

Alyeska Mountain offers downhill biking and hiking in the summer. The tram operates year-round and restaurants and views are a pleasure at the top! The winter offers downhill skiing, snowboarding on Alyeska, cross country skiing and fat bike trails at Moose Meadows. Portage Glacier and Spencer glaciers are great day trips in the winter or summer- bikes can be rented at Powder Hound. Catch the Alaska Railroad from Girdwood, take a fishing charter or Glacier Tour out of Whittier, view the animals at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, View the bore tide and local surfers riding the wave, buy smoked salmon at Indian Valley Meats, hike Winner Creek Trail, Virgin Creek Falls or Crow Pass in the Chugach National Forest, bike "Gird to Bird", Kayak to Portage Glacier in the Summer!
