Useful house of 75 meters with elevator and without architectural barriers, in the center of Santander, 2 min. (on foot) from the City Council and 5 min. (on foot) from the train stations (RENFE and FEVE), bus and connection to the airport (only 15 minutes by bus). At 150 meters is the urban bus stop (6 lines that would bring you closer in 10 minutes to the beaches of the "Sardinero")
