LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! A boutique, spacious one bedroom, ground floor, fully self-contained, apartment.Ideally situated 350m walking distance to two of Malua Bay's pristine beaches. Open plan living at its absolute best! The Master bedroom is spacious, appointed with luxury linen and toiletries and includes a comfy reading chair with footstool...perfect for relaxing with a good book. French doors open out to a patio area and the ensuite bathroom is spacious with walk in rainforest shower.

That's what makes this apartment unique...Watch the sunrise from Garden Bay (only 350m walk), take the coastal walk north of Garden Bay and watch the whale from the lookout point before walking another 400m to Three 66 cafe, who serve up wonderful coffee and breakfast/lunch. Walking enthusiasts can continue on for a longer walk to Lilli Pilli Beach which is such a hidden gem! The perfect place to enjoy a swim and wile away a few hours during your stay.

Guests will have full access to the downstairs level of this property including carport parking and a courtyard garden and upper rear garden with spacious platform deck...perfect place to enjoy brekkie or a sundowner. The property is fully fenced so you can relax whilst your dog enjoys the garden. Please message if you are planning to stay with pooch before booking to see if suitable for your needs.Also small children will need to be monitored as there are steps up to rear garden and a high retaining wall.

Other things to note
I live in the upstairs apartment for certain months of the year in between much travel. I have my own separate entrance, car parking and deck and do not share any guest spaces. I live a quiet life so do not interfere with holidaying guests unless they need any assistance during their stay.
