A hand built home of stone and brick with absolute waterfront views. Surrounded by the Wellstead estuary, Bremer Bay, and the Fitzgerald national park.
A unique home built over decades by a family of artists, creatives, writers, makers and dreamers. Filled with artworks created by award winning artists and unique hand made touches, a home to both sooth and inspire.
Nestled amongst native trees and the river on a large block, a special spot secluded from the street and other houses in town.

The space
The house has three bedrooms 2 with king beds the master with river and ocean views.

Second bedroom with king bed is a loft space above main living areas.

The third bedroom has bunk beds and a double bed perfect for kids and other guests.

The open plan living dining and kitchen have uninterrupted views with a large open fireplace built from stone. The perfect spot to be in winter while taking in the ever-changing amazing views, or to admire the art works inspired by this unique environment.

Stay warm and cosy with a large open wood fire, plenty of board games, puzzles, books and art materials to kick back with.

Bathroom with separate toilet inside plus outdoor toilet and hot water shower.

The kitchen has a coffee machine, slow cooker and a plethora of cooking utensils.

Outside on the stone terraces there are a variety of places to sit to soak up the sunshine and surroundings as well as a large lawned area to run and play on.
Birdwatching, star gazing, breathtaking sunrises all part of the daily package.

There is also a gated courtyard and character shed where many a family dog has spent a holiday, your dog will love it too.

Bremer Bay is a quiet, idyllic hamlet boasting a variety of white sandy beaches more at home on a postcard. Neighbouring the Fitzgerald River National Park, one of only two UNESCO listed biosphere's in WA, it is famous not only for it's iconic untouched beaches but also whale watching from May to October when Southern Right and Humpback whales migrate to it's safe waters to calve. It is also home to the Bremer Canyon, and the largest gathering of Orca's (Killer whales) in the southern hemisphere which occurs annually from Jan-April. Two tour companies run trips from January to April where you can explore the Bremer canyon and see the Orcas in their natural environment. The area is also renowned for its wild flowers and attracts many an enthusiast through wild flower season.
