Our recently renovated third floor condo is ready to welcome you for a relaxing break at the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private ocean view balcony watching the waves roll in. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes, so you can enjoy a homemade meal to complete your perfect day. The 65" wall mounted tv in the living room will provide any entertainment you need if you'd rather stay in. There are several wonderful restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

The space
The third floor condo (no elevator) can sleep 6, but 2 or 4 would be more comfortable as it is a cozy space (490 sq ft). We really don't recommend any more than 4 guests. In addition to a king size bed (new as of October, 2020!) in the one bedroom, there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room and there are two narrow (24" wide) bunk beds in the hallway for small children to sleep, but the top bunk does not have a safety rail as it is not often used. The building has easy access to the beach and fishing pier, as well as a pool and coin laundry facility on site (no coin changer so bring quarters). Keyless entry. Complimentary Wifi.
