Our delightful detached bungalow is located on one of the prettiest roads in St Agnes which benefits from being a short, relatively level 5 minute walk to the village centre and its many amenities. The road also leads to the stunning Chapel Porth beach famous for its surfing and coastal walks being in a World Heritage Site. The bungalow has recently been re-decorated throughout in a modern, coastal style which incorporates a contemporary layout, perfect for families.

The space
A great asset is the ability to park 2-3 cars on the drive (extremely rare for St Agnes!) which is a saviour during the busy summer periods as parking within the village can be tricky!

The bungalow is perfect for a family holiday particularly with young children due to the single-level living and sliding doors that open out onto a south facing garden to the rear. The garden is secure being surrounded by wall/fencing and gated from the front.

The property opens into the hallway complete with neat utility area (housing a washing machine, dryer and microwave). Leading off the hallway is the newly renovated kitchen/living and dining area. The kitchen has stone work surfaces, large range style induction cooker and new appliances to ensure your stay runs as smoothly as possible. There is a beautiful oak table in the dining area which has seating for 6 adults and 2 children – this area has views over the established rear garden and patio accessed via large sliding doors.

The sitting area leads off the dining area, which has a large sofa for relaxing, flat screen TV with vaulted velux windows overhead.

The bedroom arrangements can be flexible. There is:

- Master bedroom with en suite
- Single bedroom (which can be made into a double using a matching bed from one of the other single bedrooms and high quality mattress topper)
- Single bedroom
- Single bedroom

There is a family bathroom which contains a bath with shower over.

St Agnes is fast becoming one of Cornwall’s most sought after destinations being situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. The village provides wonderful access to the stunning North Cornish coast and its various walks – both Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth are easily accessible.

The village itself has a range of bars, bistros, cafes along with vegetable shops, butchers, bakers, mini market shops, gift shops and galleries.

If coffee is your thing then please check out The Sorting Office (which is less than a 5 minute walk from the bungalow) and be sure to call in at St Agnes bakery for morning pastries too!
