Our gorgeous stylish duplex is in a beautifully restored listed 2 Georgian property. One of 2 apartments in the same building which both sleep 4. They can be rented together to sleep 8.
We have a really spacious, open plan living area with kitchen and separate cloakroom.
Upstairs are 2 en-suite bedrooms
So convenient, the apartment is a few 100 metres from the local amenities of Clitheroe in a quiet location with lovely views of Pendle Hill.

The space
We are very proud of this unique apartment.
The stunning living accommodation has 2 enormous sash windows, flooding the room with light. A great kitchen area is separated from the comfortable lounge by a large island. It is beautifully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, neff electric fan oven, microwave and induction hob.
Off the kitchen is a separate cloakroom and laundry area with a washer dryer.
For relaxing in the winter months there is a modern style wood burner.
The 8 seater dining table has a lovely view of Pendle Hill.
Upstairs to the stunning, restful bedrooms. Both with modern style, stylish en-suite shower rooms.

There is a large patio area with a bench and table with 4 chairs, shared with the downstairs apartment.
Onsite, secure gated parking is dedicated to the duplex for 2 cars next to the apartments.
We have an untethered electric charging point for electric vehicles in the parking area. Please bring your own lead.

I am married with 3 children - Eleanora, Isobel and Felix. I had a great career in construction and latterly owning my own manufacturing business. We bought a beautiful Georgian house 2 years ago, which was far too big for just our family and so we have created our holiday apartments and are now focusing on creating a great experience for our guests. The Ribble valley is a great place to be, and perfect for me to enjoy my passions of eating, drinking and walking.
