The boutique hotel is located on the seventh floor of the John Hand building, part of Birmingham's iconic “Heaviest Corner on Earth” intersection. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the construction of the neoclassical skyscraper was completed in 1912. The hotel still showcases many of the original architectural features like bronze moldings and marble-covered walls and floors.

Luxurious, newly remodeled one-bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, classic-style furnishings, lavish bathroom with marble floors, a separate living area; and a variety of amenities, including free WiFi and free self-parking with Tesla and universal EV charger available.
