The space
The studio has been extensively refurbished and is very comfortable with a king size bed, crisp new linen, plenty of pillows, woollen doona and electric blanket. There is a TV, lounge and private en suite bathroom, which has been retiled, and a new toilet and shower installed. There is also a new kitchen area, with limited cooking facilities, including a microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, as well as small fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Cooking full meals is not possible as there is no stove, so the studio is not suitable for long term stays.

I am retired and now living in the Batemans Bay Area, sharing a house with my daughter and son in law, who escaped from Sydney five years ago. They have a old rescue greyhound and I have an ancient Burmese cat, and never the twain shall meet.

We have just refurbished the studio, so am posting new photos. I look forward to showing it off to new guests and returning visitors.

At the moment I am only accepting bookings from fully vaccinated against Covid guests. We are all vaccinated.
