Interaction with guests

My fiancé and I live upstairs. He's in real estate and works right downtown and I'm a third year PhD student in the Neuroscience program. The other roommates in the house are generally visiting scholars or professors, just ask for more details on who will be living with us during your timeframe. We're busy during the day, but usually around during evenings cooking, sitting on the front porch and drinking wine! We're happy to pour you a glass or send you out with our recommendations in tow.

Great place to stay with fantastic landlords. Steve and Chelsea were always open to messages and helped whenever necessary. The place is close to campus and offers everything you need, including a fireplace. Still, the room is quite expensive compared to other options in Ann Arbor and therefore better suited for short-term stays.

I would like to say thanks to Steve and Chelsea for their hospitality and respect for privacy. The house and bedrooms are wide and cozy. The location is great, because it is either close to UM as it is from downtown. P.S.: You may make friends from all over the world there.

Chelsea and Steve were great hosts and I would recommend this listing highly! They answered questions promptly and accurately and helped orient me to Ann Arbor when I arrived. I arrived later on a Saturday night and they were there to show me around and give me my key to the house. The house was well maintained and had more than enough room to accommodate their guests. I stayed here during a rotation at the University of Michigan and the location was perfect for walking to the medical center. It was a very welcoming place to stay and nice to be around great people while away from home. If I am ever in Ann Arbor again, this would be first choice!

Chelsea and Steve were AMAZING hosts! They are a young and well travelled couple, interested in different cultures, extremely kind and willing to help all the time. I stayed at their house for a whole month and would definitely stay here again... The house is beautifully decorated, excellent location.. close to Ann Arbor's main streets and the University of Michigan. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I am now looking forward to come back! Thank you, Chelsea and Steve!

Hi there! My fiancé and I live in a big historic house in Kerrytown, Ann Arbor. I am a third year graduate student in the Neuroscience program at the University of Michigan and he works in real estate downtown. We're big fans of airbnb and now since we have the space, we're renting out rooms in our home. We love meeting people and are happy to host people from around the world and share what we think is great about Ann Arbor.
