Welcome to a serene independent house, in a charming, neighbourhood with green, open spaces. The house has a large yard dotted with a few full grown trees and plants. A lovely coconut palm lends its majestic presence.The house has 2 furnished bedrooms one with an attached WC bathroom, and one common Indian squat style bathroom.Though located in a serene colony, this secluded property is an urban retreat, providing an intimate, simple and restful stay. The house is not fancy, but minimal.

The space
The house is situated in the Eastern suburbs of Hyderabad in a colony called NFC Nagar in Ghatkesar. Since you have selected to stay here, you will have the entire house to yourself for your exclusive and intimate stay. Ideal for a cosy inexpensive getaway. Ideal for a couple who are looking for an intimate, safe stay.

The house is simple and functional with an old world charm. Do not expect anything fancy or urbane or sophisticated. This place merely offers a simple stay.

Situated in a charming tree lined neighbourhood, this cozy space is an ideal getaway for anybody visiting Hyderabad. Whether you are on a business trip or on a holiday. It is recommended that you carry your own toiletries and your own bath towels. We do not provide the same.

The bathroom is not fancy, it is a simple functional unit, one is a western style toilet. and the other an Indian squat style. There is an Air conditioner available for use in one bedroom meant for use only in the summer season (March to June). The hall has comfortable 5 person seating, with a glass top work table and a 4 seat dining table. Did we forget to mention a kitchen?
Yes, there’s a kitchen space with an induction stove.
