Visit the French Riviera without a car, Place Franklin, heart of the Musicians district, spacious fully equipped f1 on the 8th floor with balcony terrace and bathroom for 2 adults. Sleeping Rapido. The space
IMPORTANT
Regarding sleeping, please note that you are in a studio and therefore a classic bed is not possible. These are therefore "rapido" that are installed and although more comfortable than a sofa bed, it remains an extra bed.

For those who are looking for the absolute comfort of real bedding or who have back problems, I recommend another rental.

The accommodation is 35m2 with a separate kitchen. TV is installed but there is no wifi. Located on the 8th floor, East exposure, it is equipped with black black curtains

Guest access
If you arrive during my working hours or when I am not in Nice, you will have to pick up the keys from a friend at 19 rue Louise Ackermann or in a key box (1 minute walk)

Other things to note
Check-in is around 4 p.m. and sometimes earlier if there is no one the day before, which is quite rare in summer. Check-out is at 10 a.m.

Between 10pm and 6am parties and noise are prohibited. Rental for such events is strictly prohibited.

Hello, the studios in Nice are quiet and located in the musicians' district, an area close to the city centre. You will find all amenities there. Shops, restaurants, bakeries Tramway station etc The one in Clémenceau is ideally placed for anyone who wishes to go to the train station as well as the Jean Médecin sector and pedestrian zone on foot. Sea access quite close, train station and start of pedestrian zone (8 to 10 minutes)
