The Torre Venza Houses are located in Sant'Andrea, less than 1 km from the small seaside village of Bonagia. They are in the valley of Monte Erice, a short distance from the coast and right along the sea route that connects Trapani with San Vito lo Capo, the Zingaro Reserve and Castellamare del Golfo.
Since 2002, our facility has welcomed guests eager to discover the most authentic Sicily and looking for relaxation thanks to the comfort, outdoor spaces and large swimming pool.

The space
The Torre Venza Houses are the perfect synthesis between the holiday home, the bed and breakfast and the agritourism, offering the tourist the advantage of staying in a comfortable and spacious house, having independence, privacy and the possibility, when you want, to be able to cook, with a rich and varied breakfast.

The houses are located in a typically Sicilian agro-naturalistic context with a lush garden, olive groves, vegetable garden and orchards (you can also buy directly from the farmer).

The location of the property, not far from the sea, and in an excellent position to discover our great province, combined with the friendliness, spirit of hospitality and availability of the owners are further reasons that have prompted many customers to return or recommend us to relatives and friends.

Once the check-in procedures have been completed in person, guests will have complete independence for access and exit during their stay.

Use of the pool is reserved for guests of the property and is allowed every day from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Use of the pool is subject to the acknowledgment and acceptance of the regulations.
All outdoor spaces are shared with guests of our vacation homes and with our family.

Swimming pool rules:
The Torre Venza swimming pool is private, not open to the public, but shared with the other guests of the property, with my family and their guests. For everyone's peace of mind, we want it to remain a place to relax, without noise, running, diving, games and inflatables in the water. There is a shower to use whenever you access it, especially if you use sun products. The use of sunbeds and umbrellas is free, but they must be repositioned as they were found. The solarium is open at the same opening hours as the pool: 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

We care about your and our safety, and we usually leave a free day between stays, precisely to take care of the cleaning and tidying up of the houses and common areas.
In addition to the usual sanitizing detergents, we have also introduced certified sanitizers (Industrie Smart) into the cleaning routines. We have also equipped ourselves with an ozone sanitizing system, active on fungi, bacteria and viruses, which is put into operation at the end of cleaning and before your arrival.
