The space
Beautifully appointed villa in one of Bayside's newest community, Heron's Ridge at Bayside. This brand new villa boasts three bedrooms with a first-floor master suite (two queen beds and two bunk beds) and 2.5 baths with approximately 1900 sq ft of living space with hardwood floors on the main level. Three 55" (4K Smart LED HDTV). Internet and cable included.

First-floor laundry room with washer and dryer, including all essentials such as iron, ironing board, hairdryer. For your convenience and visit to the beach, the villa includes beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler.

Villa includes screened porch (14' x 10'). Community amenities include pool, fitness center, clubhouse, kayak launch area, restaurants, tennis, basketball, a pier for crabbing.

Enjoy a morning bike ride in Bayside, enjoy an evening stroll through the neighborhood, or enjoy the magnificent sunset.

The villa is located near Fenwick Island, Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey, and Ocean City beaches.
