Cumledge Yew Trees Cottage is a cosy self-catering former coach house located on Cumledge Estate near the market town of Duns in the Scottish Borders. It is a real home from home with everything you require for a wonderfully relaxing and memorable holiday. A perfect get-away-from-it-all location.

This charming dog friendly holiday cottage has been designed with care, to make your holiday as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. The simple and spacious layout is complimented by bright rooms and contemporary furnishings throughout, and includes everything you require for a very memorable holiday.

Guest access
The guests have access to their own private unfenced garden as well as being able to enjoy the estate grounds in which the cottage is situated. There is a wood fired hot-tub available for use as well as a fire pit and BBQ. Please give advanced notice if wish to use the hot tub. There may be an additional cost.
