Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Oddpenny Barn is a light characterful barn situated on the Wilts/Glos border down a quiet private driveway between Cirencester and Malmesbury. The barn has outside space and ample parking. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a light airy fully fitted kitchen / living area.

The space
You enter the barn through glazed french doors into an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has a double bed. The shower room is opposite and is shared with bedroom 4
Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor and has a super king bed that can be split into two singles. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room. This room has glazed double doors leading onto the gravelled area outside.
Bedroom 4 is upstairs and has a king size bed. At the top of the stairs is a seating area and desk. Bedroom 4 shares the shower room with room 1.
There is an outside space with table and chairs and a grassed area.
There is ample space for 4 cars.
Although Kemble airfield is near by there is very little traffic. If you are lucky you may get your own aerobatic display.

Other things to note
We live on a small holding. We have two friendly dogs and have chickens and geese.
We do not have a charging point for electric cars and do not allow you to use a 3 pin plug. Please look up one of the many local charging points.
If you are planning on going to the Cotswold water park and beach please bring your own towels for use outside of the barn.
The barn is a STRICTLY NO SMOKING property, this includes inside and outside as well as the use of e-cigarettes and vapes. Thank you.

We are down a quiet private drive in the countryside. Kemble train station is two miles away.
We are a 10 mins drive from the the Corinium town of Cirencester, Tetbury and Malmesbury. The water parks are also just 10 minutes away. Cheltenham and Bath are a 40 minute drive.
