Kid-friendly and close to the sea. Large KIWI store that is up every day of the week and several southern gems. Good swimming facilities in the lake and freshwater. Parking space for several cars. Possibility to bring your own beds and use in common areas. 30min to the Zoo, 5min to Høllen. Bus stop just outside. 35min to airport. 20min to the danish boat. There is also 1 cat here that must be given food and water. There are more bed spaces in the house

The space
Finished with all the furniture one might want. Streaming music with wireless speakers from Heos both outside and inside. Nice garden lounge with a hot tub to enjoy in the afternoon after a tiring day in the sun on beaches. This is a quintuple residence over 3 levels. 2 apartments in basement, 3 apartments on 1.5 floor above ground level. This one is at its core with good shielding.

Guest access
The entire home except a storage room under the stairs that we use to make our stuff. There is a tight storage room outside if desired.

Other things to note
The house must be in the same condition upon departure, as on arrival. The cleaning is already included in the price when booking. We had the house out for the first time in 2020, and got a complaint about our beds. They were all washed but the children in the house here have been squeezed with paint, makeup, etc. We have bought new top mattresses and put on sheets over these again. The cat likes to go out and about in the summer. It has its own cat flap so it comes and goes as it pleases. Just keep his food bowl full and he's happy or he will nip. Bring your own bedding and towels for your stay.
