This 1 bedroom/2-bathroom, modern furnished ground floor unit located at Maui Kamaole offers an ocean view from the lanai and is situated close to the lower pool. The unit is located in the I complex which is away from busy Kihei Road, yet only a short walk down the sidewalk to Kamaole Beach Park III and a 10-minute walk to the popular Wailea Beach boardwalk. Kamaole Beach Park III offers excellent swimming, snorkelling, white sand and gorgeous sunset views. Maui Kamaole is also conveniently close to dozens of restaurants, activities, and shopping nearby.

The main bedroom offers a private retreat with its 4-piece ensuite bathroom and a private lanai to enjoy a morning coffee. The condo also has a second full bathroom and in-suite laundry. There is a third lanai available for you to store swimming gear, golf clubs or other recreational toys!

The Maui Kamaole resort has a Wailea feel with its beautiful, expansive 23-acre park-like setting consisting of numerous low-rise buildings separated by lawns and tropical landscaping. In addition to the 2 pools, Maui Kamaole has on-site tennis courts and BBQs located throughout the resort. Maui Kamaole has excellent access to a variety of local restaurants in Kihei or Wailea. The Shops of Wailea are close by and The Championship Golf Courses of Wailea and Makena. The Kailua offers a large ground level West-facing lanai to enjoy Maui sunsets in November and December. During the winter (November – April), the humpback whales can often be seen just offshore. The Kailua at Maui Kamaole comes with two parking stalls.
