Spacious ground-floor apartment (access via stairs); 1 bedroom (two single beds) and open plan living room (with double sofa bed). Apartment sleeps 4. Perfect for families.

5 mins walk from Morzine centre and main ski-lifts - Pleney & Super Morzine.

Kitchen:hob, grill, oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge.

Bathroom: shower over bath. Separate WC.

Large balcony with stunning views.

All bed linen & towels provided. Cot available.
Ski storage. Parking.

Amazing views from the lounge and wrap around balcony. Balcony table and chairs for summer dining.

Separate bathroom and WC. Shower over bath.

Plenty of wardrobe and hanging space.

TV with British freeview channels and French terrestrial TV.

3 seater sofa bed with 160x190cm sleeping area.

We provide all bed linen, duvets and pillows.
Soap, toilet paper and hairdryer is provided however we do NOT provide towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates etc.

Our apartment is a great all-year round base for skiing and walking holidays. Access to pistes and trails within 5mins walk of the flat.

There is parking available and we provide a fob for the automatic barrier. Occasionally, at peak times, you may not immediately find a parking space outside the flat.

Unfortunately we can't offer a secure space for bicycles.

Closest airport to Morzine is Geneva (1 hour & 10 minutes by car). There are numerous airport-to-resort transfer companies (find them by internet search)
Closest TGV station is Annecy.
Calais to Morzine by car is approx 8.5 hours
