Mark has been very attentive to me and he answered all my doubts before coming to Washington. A very big and comfortable house.

The place is wonderful. Great location in a very nice neighborhood. Me and my friend often rented a bike from the Capital Bikeshare station near the house to go down town and visit all the wonderful things Washington DC has to offer. Mark wasn't at home, so we shared the house with the other airBNB-ers and it was nice to chat with them. The house is spacious and the room was comfortable. Everything you need is present in the kitchen. The only minor thing was that you could sometimes hear the neighboring room at night because of the thin walls. Mark was always fast in reply and was especially helpful when he found out something was wrong with my reservation. He went to great lengths to make sure my reservation was still on and made sure my payment was not charged twice by accident.

Mark's place is great and comfortable, with nice and interesting art works from his family. My room is also private and quiet. Mark is respectful and attentive. The place is in a quiet and nice neighborhood in the center of the city with stylish buildings along the street, yet great restaurants and places of attractions are just around the corner.
