Located on the outskirts of Emsworth at the top of a long private drive Hollybank House is a beautiful Georgian family home in a mature 10 acre garden, offering Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a wonderfully quiet haven but within easy reach of Portsmouth, Chichester, Goodwood and the South Downs.
The perfect location for quiet stay or an event, family reunion or house party for a group of friends.
The space
Very peaceful and relaxing home to recharge and unwind. We have an extensive garden you can enjoy, a tennis court and even a zip wire.
Guest access
The main front door is the best access but there are also side and terrace doors.
Other things to note
If you have them bring a tennis rackets and balls and welli boots to enjoy the garden - if not you can borrow some.
