Regents Court is a modern development ideally located 100m from Newbury high street with all the amenities of the town and only 5 minutes walk to the train station. This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the second (top) floor and is appointed with an open-plan living / dining and kitchen space, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, second and third bedrooms, family bathroom with shower and 2 allocated parking spaces.

I’m Victoria and I live in Poole with my husband, Charlie, and our two sons. We have lived in the Poole area for the last 7 years and have been visiting for many years before that. Both Charlie and I have family in Newbury and so we both know the Poole and Newbury local areas extremely well. We have both worked in the hospitality sector; in particular serviced apartments, for many years. And we are extremely passionate about ensuring that all of our properties are exceptionally well presented and that guests feel looked after at all times. Access to the apartment is provided by self check-in via key safe or by personalised check-in (by arrangement). The apartment is on the second (top) floor of the apartment building and access is via two flights of stairs. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with fresh bedding and towels as well as a welcome pack of groceries and toiletries. Guests staying for over 7 nights will receive a weekly housekeeping service during their stay. The host will be on hand before, during and after guests’ stays to provide support and quickly respond to guest requests.
