Your modern and newly furnished 120 sqm apartment in Upper Silesia *Upper Silesia* is located directly on the A4 between Wroclaw and Krakow in a tourist-oriented local recreation area. The nearby A4 / E44 highway can be reached in just 3.5 km / less than 5 minutes.
The best thing about this apartment in Upper Silesia is the location - it is located directly on a large regional lake Plawniowitz in Polish: "Jezioro Plawniowice". The sandy beach can be reached from here on foot in less than 1 km / less than 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are several shopping facilities (mom-and-pop shops) that are open daily from morning to evening. There are also a variety of restaurants, bars and beer gardens by the lake. For children, there is a sports and leisure facility nearby with a climbing, playground and soccer field. The apartment *Upper Silesia/Silesian estate* is located in the center of "Niewiesze" (in old German translation: green meadow) on a historic Silesian farm.
