BEAUTIFUL DUPLEX APARTMENT:
The apartment, ideally located at the foot of the slopes, is very cozy, carefully decorated with natural materials blending into the mountain! We tried to think of everything to make it pleasant and functional. The beds are made on arrival, linen is provided (dishcloths, bath mats), cleaning is included.
Can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children (3 double bedrooms - 1 king and 1 queen size) and 1 bedroom with 4 single beds), it is 116 m2 in size and is located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator).
On the ground floor of the apartment:
- entrance with toilet and hand basin.
- fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue appliances...), open to the dining room.
- very cozy living room with TV, DVD player and High-speed Internet desk area (WiFi code provided on arrival).
- 1st master suite (140 cm bed) with shower room and toilet
- south-facing balcony with stunning views of the slopes. Possibility of 4 people at the table outside.
Upstairs of this duplex:
- 2nd master suite (king size) very spacious with shower room, toilet, private sauna overlooking the bathroom. The sauna can hold 2 people.
- 3rd spacious master suite (queen size) with shower room, toilet
- A very spacious children's room with 1 bunk bed (2 beds) and 2 single beds.
Rental and linen are included in the rental price.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
Towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided.
Esserts chairlift, ESF course and supermarket 20 meters away.

The Grand Massif, located halfway between Chamonix and Geneva, is nicknamed the "snow attic".
The connected ski area of the Grand Massif, connecting Morillon to Samoëns, Les Carroz, Flaine and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval, consists of 148 slopes: 20 green slopes, 64 blue, 50 red and 14 black slopes for 265 km of skiing (175 km regulated) with Mont Blanc as a permanent backdrop!
