Cozy shaggy houseboat with 2 rooms and kitchen in trendy Ringön, which is just one stop from Scandinavia's largest shopping center Nordstan. The boat is under construction during the autumn 25, some painting and refurbishment will take place, SUPERVISION IS ESTIMATED. In addition, there is AppleTV and some video games for rainy days. Patio with barbecue available.

As it is a family boat, we take turns taking care of the rental a bit. Please be mindful to book the correct number of guests coming.

The space
We use the boat ourselves, so our stuff is there.
We use it as a summer cottage so it is not linen sheets but cozy old washed bedding.
The cat Gunnar "The Gunner" also lives there but is usually with me. After New Year, cat may be included. If you want cat company before then, you can always ask :)
This is a boat, not a hotel room. If you want hotel standards, I can recommend several nearby.
We clean ourselves as best we can.
Everything is always freshly cleaned and freshly made when you arrive, during the autumn our renovation work can give a slightly messy impression because all the moldings are not in place, etc.
If you want perfect hotel cleaning, there are several nice hotels nearby.
Apple TV & Playstation 3 with lots of games.
Party and Rave may occur in the area.
the kitchen is good for heating. and simpler cooking.
Guest access
The gangway is under construction and can be experienced as a little scary for some. Climb down to the lower floor and go in that way if it feels better and when the water is high. We usually unlock it down there when the weather is messy.

There is both heating and AC so the boat is wintery.
THIS IS A BOAT NOT A HOTEL ROOM SO IF YOU ARE USED TO PERFECTLY CLEANED HOTELS AND IMMACULATELY MADE BEDS I CAN RECOMMEND SEVERAL HOTELS NEARBY. THIS IS A SCRUFFY AND COZY SPACE.
Me and my family use this as accommodation for ourselves at times so our gadgets may be there.
Nothing that doesn't come from yourself in the toilet.
We take turns taking care of the rental in the family as it is a family boat.

The boat IS cozy! Small impractical location if you don't have a car, there are no shops nearby, and feels safest if you are two.

Heerlijk verblijf op de boot. Als je de city in wil dan only je een step huren en daarmee naar de city rijden! Heelerg leuk! Zeker een aanrader als je in de by wilt zijn maar toch de rust zoekt!
