The apartment is located within a gated project with 2 large communal pools and a separate pool for kids and well maintained gardens. It's a large apartment space with a kitchen area, living room, veranda overlooking the gardens and pool and air conditioning in all rooms for those hot summer months. Includes a parking area, it is fully furnished, and has all the basic appliances and cooking utensils.

The space
The apartment is ideal for a large family of a group of friends travelling together. It has an en suite bathroom which can be accessed through the main bedroom and a bathroom with a shower that can be shared for the people sleeping in the other two bedrooms. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. The apartment has an open plan design with the kitchen and living area separated by a bar structure.

The complex has a gym that can be used by guests with an extra fee.
