Characterful large bright 1st floor studio in 17C barn in the garden of Grade II listed thatched cottage, centrally located in delightful quiet village. Safe parking and use of Middle Farm garden. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Initial supply of breakfast items provided. Television with Amazon Prime. Good wifi. Short walk to village pub and shop. Middle Farm barn will be thoroughly cleaned to AirBnB's strict standards and hand sanitiser provided.

The space
The property has immediate access to the network of historic footpaths through the village which include the Sinodun Roman road. Nearby Wallingford (3 miles), on the River Thames, has links to Agatha Christie, Judge Blackstone and Midsomer Murders (Cawston). Dorchester and its Abbey is well worth a visit. Oxford (12 miles) has an abundance of historical and cultural riches. Whittenham Clumps and the Chilterns are not far away, as well as are several National Trust properties. There is good rail access to London from Didcot.
The studio is ideal for a couple or single person coming to the area for work or a break. As it is self-contained the space would suit anyone wishing to self-isolate. You are welcome to use and explore our half acre garden. We have lived in this friendly village for almost 20 years and are happy to answer any questions and to suggest activities in the local area.
There is a selection of books and games in the property and a file with information about the local area. The kitchenette is supplied with items to make tea and coffee and initial supplies for a simple breakfast. There is a key safe box for access to the accommodation.

Guest access
The studio is a self-contained space with its own entrance. Guests have exclusive use of the accommodation.

Other things to note
The Studio is very well provided with natural light. There are blinds on all the windows for use at night and to provide additional privacy during the daytime.
The village has no street lights which is a boon for star gazers!
