Aegina's Top View Studio II ERATO, consists of a single room of 14m2, on the 1st floor without elevator, for 2 people. It has a double sofa bed, wardrobe, TV & WIFI. WC & Shower, hair dryer. An advantage is the wonderful huges hared terrace, 60m2, overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, coffee or drink. It is close to the central market and shops, 10m from the harbor with the sailing boats.

Quelques informations utiles

Please do not leave the towels wet before you leave.
   It is good to dry them on the terrace, where there is your dryer.
  Please before you leave put the sheets and towels (dry only) in the blue IKEA bag that you can find inside the wardrobe. Do not take your bath towels to the beach.

SPACE CLEANING

 You are in a clean studio.There is everything necessary to clean the studio in the closet located on the terrace. 

   When it's time to leave, please don't leave any trash and please wash the utensils you used.

Waste bins - recycling bins.

 On the terrace outside your space there is a bin, you can use it temporarily. On the beach there are municipal bins for bottles and for rubbish, you can find them after you leave the studio on the way to the beach (as shown in the drawing).

Respect the studio.

   Do not turn on the water heater and the air conditioner at the same time. Do not leave the air conditioner on, when the door and windows are open. 

 Open the air condition only when there is a need. There is also a ceiling fan. The space cools down quickly.

   We are always trying to improve our sites and we ask for your experiences.

 Electrical devices

   Water heater.  To turn on the water heater there is a written switch on the electrical panel.Before taking a bath, please close it.

   **Due to the energy crisis in Greece, electricity and water is now very expensive. 

   You would help us if you do not leave the air-conditioner on when you are not in the room, or when the balcony doors are open.  The house is well ventilated and cools easily and quickly when you want it.  

 Have a nice stay and don't hesitate to bother us,  if there is any problem.
