This attractive triplex includes this spacious, welcoming and comfortable apartment with the 50’s look. ( 1200 sq. ft. or 11.48 sq. meters ) with 3 bedrooms, a double living room ( including a futon for 2 ), 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Il y a un stationnement privé dans l'entrée, face à la porte de garage. Toutefois, le stationnement dans la rue est abondant et gratuit en tout temps sauf l'hiver lors des périodes de déneigement où les véhicules doivent être enlevés de la rue.

Important : Le système est un chauffage « central » pour tous les étages de la maison. Il est programmé de manière à assurer un confort de jour comme de nuit. Alors, pour tous souhaits de modification au programme existant : il est important de m'en parler d'abord. Merci.

Il y a des serviettes derrière la porte de la chambre et également dans la salle de bain. Pour des couvertures et oreillers supplémentaires; ils sont dans chaque garde-robe.
*S'il vous plaît, ne pas utiliser les serviettes/débarbouillettes pour le démaquillage.

Il n'y a pas de télévision par câble. Cependant, vous pouvez visionner des films via la télé avec le lecteur DVD/VHS. Vous trouverez une sélection de films dans le meuble télé. Vous pouvez aussi louer des films au Superclub Vidéotron (à 1,1 km de la maison; 2350, Boul. Ste-Anne, G1J 1Y3)

Il y a une poubelle et un panier pour le recyclage dans la cuisine.

Veuillez prendre note qu'il ne sera toléré aucune fête, ni musique forte après 23h : nous souhaitons accueillir des gens avec AirBnB, en tout respect des voisins du quartier. Étant donné aussi qu'il y a des locataires au-dessus et en dessous de l'appartement où vous résidez, nous vous demandons votre collaboration à ce niveau.

Le jour du départ, s'il vous plaît :
1. Enlevez tous les draps de lit, les taies d'oreillers et les serviettes et les déposer sur la laveuse et la sécheuse. Ne pas enlever les housses de couette, le couvre matelas ou les couvre oreillers à moins qu'ils ne soient salis;
2. Nettoyez toute la vaisselle utilisée et la sécher avant de la ranger dans les armoires. Vous pouvez aussi la déposer dans le lave-vaisselle et le mettre en marche au moment de votre départ. Les pastilles de savon sont situées sous l'évier;
3. Récupérez tous vos aliments ainsi que les boissons;
4. Déposez vos déchets dans les bacs prévus à cet effet. Il y a deux poubelles ainsi qu'un bac de recyclage bleu à l'extérieur de la maison. Ils sont situés sous l'escalier d'entrée du 1205.
5. Pour la remise des clés, nous prendrons entente ensemble;
6. Et finalement, assurez-vous de récupérer tous vos effets personnels.

** L'utilisation du foyer est interdite.
** Appartement non-fumeur et sans animaux.


There's a parking space for your car in the driveway, just in front of the garage door. However, the street parking is plentiful and free at all times except in winter during snow removal periods where vehicles must be removed from the street.

Important : The heating of the house is scheduled so as to assure a comfort in the daytime and at night. Only we are authorized to modify the program. For any request of modification for the existing program, please contact us. Thank you.

There are towels for everyone behind each door in every room. Also, you'll find some more in the bathroom. For extra bed sheets and pillows, they are in every wardrobe.
*Please do not use towels to remove make up.

** TV
We have no cable TV. However, you can watch DVD/VHS movies. There are a few movie DVDs in the compartment under the TV furniture. You can also rent movies at Superclub Vidéotron (1.1 km from the house. 2350 Boul Ste-Anne, G1J 1Y3)

There is a garbage and a basket for recycling in the kitchen.

Please note that we will not tolerate any sort of party or loud music after 11h00 pm. We live in a quiet family oriented neighborhood and we want to be able to continue operating our Airbnb with respect of people living around us in the area. We ask you to contribute to the harmony of the neighborhood between floors as there are tenants above and under you.

** CHECKING OUT – BY NOON ( 12 :00 PM )
On the day of departure, please :
1- Remove all the bed sheets, pillow covers and towels and put them on the washer and dryer machines. Do not remove the duvet covers or the mattress covers unless they got messy;
2- Clean any dirty kitchen ware or place them in the dishwasher and turn it on (dishwasher soap is under the kitchen sink);
3- Remove all food and beverages;
4- Put your waste in the bins provided for this purpose. There are two bins and a blue recycling bin outside the house. They are located under the stairs of 1205.
5- For the keys, we will take all agreement;
6. And finally, make sure you get all your personal belongings.

** Use of fireplace forbidden.
** Non-smoking apartment and no pets.

Lovely place. Very well equiped with very pretty decor in thematic rooms. Comfortably fit a large group of 7 people and have everything we needed (including Nathalie bringing us extra blankets when we requested them, Thank you! :). Only small inconvenience was the bedrooms door was translucent and opens into the kitchen, so might be a privacy concern for some.

Nathalie's house is super clean! It's the clean est house we have even been in airbnb! All family members like here and enjoy very much. Nathalie was waiting us in her place. Her place is close to old Québec city(about 10mins drive). Supermarket only 1.1 KM, neighborhood is good. We will come again stay in her place.

Nathalie's apartment was the perfect comfortable and spacious (yet cosy) 'home away from home' for my family of 7 for the past 5 nights. The location is ideal being very close to Quebec City for sight seeing, and also within easy driving distance to Mont St Annie and Le Massif for skiing. Nathalie's apartment was a perfect holiday location for skiers and non-skiers. The apartment was well stocked and even had a washer and dryer! Wifi was very quick. The large kitchen cooking and eating area was an ideal place to eat/chat/play board games etc.. and the cosy living room was lovely for relaxing. Nathalie is the perfect host. She pays careful attention to making us feel welcome and comfortable in her apartment. We highly recommend this spacious 3-bedroom apartment! Thanks you very much, Nathalie! We hope to stay at your place again soon!

My family of 5 (3 generations) stayed a week over Christmas. Nathalie was welcoming and made her home feel like our own (she even has a x-mas tree). I would highly recommend this location. Easy to get to Old Quebec and not too far for winter sports (snowboarding, dog sledding, etc.). The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to contain costs by eating in many meals. Thank you Nathalie!!
