The house is located on a salt water marsh and three houses from the beach on a quiet street with a driveway that parks 3 to 4 cars.

Higgins Beach one of Maine's crescent beaches and there are only ten streets on the whole beach. It is a perfect place for beach walks and runs, surfing and just watching the tide come in and go out!

There are cross country and snow shoe trails within a few miles- a perfect winter escape!

The salt water marsh is great for kayaking and paddle boarding.

Multiple restaurants and brew pubs are close by. Easy delivery from grocery stores and restaurants. Fresh seafood and lobster delivery from Harbor Fish Market, harborfish.com

The airport, train station, in-town/Old Port are 15 minutes away. Grocery, pharmacy and retail stores are a 10 minute drive.

Easy access to cross country ski trails and ski areas. Snowplowing is provided for winter guests.
