Newly renovated cottage suite located in a 110 year old farmhouse in Salmon Arm BC in the heart of the Shuswap. The beach and lake are a 7 minute drive. Wineries, hiking, fishing, biking, walking! Amazing trails all over. Close to local Nordic Centre (Larch Hills) and snowmobiling areas. Room to park your toys. Pet friendly. Various streaming services included for TV. Netflix, Crave, Disney+
Studio suite with a King bed and an optional Murphy bed in the same room. Kitchen. Small appliances.

The space
The Forget-Me-Not suite at the Blue Spruce cottage suites is delightfully decorated in modern farmhouse style. The suite opens into the south facing shared deck and you would access the hot tub. There is a king sized bed and optional Murphy Queen bed both equipped with lux linens. When these beds are both in use, they are all in the same room. Various streaming services included for TV. Netflix, Crave, Disney+ There is a gas fire place to cuddle around in the cooler weather.
Self contained, very quiet.

You are very welcome to use the shared hot tub, deck and fenced yard.

Other things to note
We have a beagle cross, Stella who is around in the yard most of the time. There is a fence between my side of the yard and the AirBnB side.

Neighbourhood highlights

The Shuswap is a deeply historical area of British Columbia. Our property is the original homestead then called the Cranbrook Ranch. Although the property is 1/3 of an acre now, original homesteaders sat on about 60 acres The main house is dated circa 1910 and has been renovated into a beautiful piece of Salmon Arm history.
There are award winning local wineries close by and amazing trails for hiking and biking right out the front door. A 7 minute drive lands you at Shuswap Lake. It has a beautiful beach to swim or launch your boat and even boasts a dog beach for your canine friends to romp! There are lots of other lakes to explore as well and if you fish you will like it here!

The beach, Shuswap Lake is 7 minutes away. There are wonderful local hikes and wineries. In winter there is a Nordic centre 15 mins away. Open for cross country skiing and snowshoeing
