The property rented is to accommodate only the number of persons nominated by you, for the period stated. No mattresses, tents or caravans, or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. If this is not followed you may be asked to leave and no monies will be refunded to the guests or fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. The person’s name that the booking is in, is solely responsible.
Occupation commences from 3.00 pm on the date of arrival. The premises must be vacated by 10.00 am on the date of Departure to allow time to prepare the property for next guests. Late departures will be charged an additional tariff.
Animals and pets are not allowed.
The tenant is responsible for all damages, breakages, theft and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. All damages, breakages or losses to the property, furniture and furnishing are to be reported and paid for by the guest immediately. This includes lost keys. Guests must not break in or attempt to break into premises when locked out. If all keys are not returned locks will be changed and charged to the tenant. Should you discover a fault or breakage when you arrive please advise us or we will consider those the responsibility of the current guest and charge accordingly.
The tenant must leave the property in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Any reports of unsatisfactory cleanliness of premises must be reported by phone or email within 2 hours of arrival. We prepared the property to a high standard. We ask in turn that you show consideration by being neat and tidy, placing garbage in the bins provided and washing, drying & putting away dishes. If the property is not found to be satisfactory upon vacating cleaning costs will be charged to the tenant.
Garbage bins are collected Friday morning in Vincentia. Please put your bin kerbside THURSDAY night with handle facing the property. Boxes of rubbish left by the garbage bin will not be picked up. To ensure the following tenant has space for their rubbish we ask that you dispose of excess garbage at the Council tip. If a significant amount of rubbish is left at the property a $30 garbage disposal fee will be charged.
