This was a last minute booking as our previous host went awol. We are glad that Cassandra could accommodate us. The property itself was eccentric and the rooms were large. We had a bit of confusion over the check in times, however this didn't greatly hinder our stay.

I love this place! Very easy and quick communication. Beautiful, clean apartment. This was my second stay, and I hope to come back again. The house is so special, and is so close to everything you could want to do in San Diego. Don't hesitate. Book it.

This charming Victorian home was perfect for a long weekend for my daughter and I. Spacious and was well equipped with anything one may need. We loved the decor! Cassandra was an amazing host and communicated well with me prior to our visit and met us upon arrival. I would highly recommend this house. Perfect !

This place is so marvelous! The decor is probably the best out of all the airbnb's i've EVER stayed in. The location is really great, too, blocks from Little Italy and a half hour walk from downtown/gaslamp/east village. Cassandra made everything super easy and was very communicative. We'd love to stay there again.

Oh wow. I did not want to leave - and when I got home, my house felt very plain indeed! This place is like a museum, but super comfortable. Everything was spotless and so functional. I needed an iron, and Cassandra delivered. Checkin was a breeze and she was so responsive. The neighborhood is great and you can walk to Little Italy and the zoo no problem. I slept great - the bed was so comfortable and everything so quiet. I had an issue with the hot water, but I just needed to turn the knob the opposite way and wait a few minutes. My problem, but Cassandra sent the contractor over right away. I hope I get to come back to San Diego, and I would looove to stay here again!

Cassandra User ProfileCassandra is a superhost.

Formerly from Ohio, I migrated to California after medical school, grew roots, and haven't looked back since. (although I still miss real tomatoes, sweet corn, and Cedar Point)
My two "adult" children and I try to find time to travel together and stay in private homes when on vacation.

We have been using airbnb since 2007 and hosted many wonderful guests from around the world.

Currently we have a large Victorian house that can be split up many ways to accommodate a wide range of group sizes (from 1 to 26 guests) and thus we have 8 separate listings for variations within this house, with a private entrance for each.

Looking forward to your visit!
