Are you looking for a quiet place to relax? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you! Our vacation home is located on a recreational park, in the authentic Nieuwe Niedorp. Adjacent is a marina and a public outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) where both children and adults can have fun. The large backyard offers a lot of privacy, you can enjoy it in peace.

The space
You rent the cottage all to yourself. It can sleep up to 4 people, divided into 2 bedrooms on the first floor. In addition, you have access to the large backyard with terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun or have your breakfast in the morning. At the front is a small terrace, where you have sun for a long time in the evening. The kitchen, floor and bathroom were newly installed in July 2020.

Guest access
Our cottage is located on the Vijverweg no. 16, cottage no. 25. Because it is part of a recreational park, you are asked to observe the rules of the park. The entrance to the park is closed with a barrier. You will receive the access code a few days before arrival. Vehicles are not allowed to remain in the park, you can park in a nearby parking lot that is only accessible to park recreationists.

A key box has been placed on the facade of the cottage in which the key to the cottage is located. You will receive the access code for the key box a few days before you arrive.

Other things to note
Because the stairs to the bedrooms on the first floor are quite steep and narrow, it is less suitable for small children or people with difficulty walking.
