Newly refurbished Northern Ireland Tourist Board Certified 1 bed self catering cottage attached to our house (cot is also available on request). Private courtyard and decking area ideal for a coffee in the sun or an alfresco dinner with BBQ facility. The cottage is situated on a small holding, with countryside views. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Parking is available to the front of the property. We are a 20 min walk from Knockinelder Beach & 5 min drive (30 min walk) to Portaferry village.

Newly refurbished cottage with beautiful countryside views. Private outdoor space to the front and rear of the property. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave oven, fridge, electric hob and there is also an outdoor BBQ.
